Tabber Technician

Available Schedules (15 work days a month) All shifts are 12 hour rotating, facility operates 24/7, holidays and weekends are REQUIRED. 

• 6am - 6:30pm, working every other weekend
• 6pm - 6:30pm, working every other weekend

Required 3 week Training Schedule (NO Exceptions)

• AM Shift will train 8am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri
• PM Shift will train 6pm - 2:30am, Mon-Fri

salary: $16.5 - $17.5 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliances
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands
• Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly
• Report any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisor
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment
• Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed
• Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in fast pace environment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
• Able to cope with pressure and be a team player
