responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine specific design focus.
- Design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials.
- Provide support with daily scheduling needs as a main point of coverage for needs of service and absent periods of time.
- Complete training to assist with daily scheduling responsibilities.
- Be present as a trainer (as needed) to assist with onboarding and supporting scheduling vacancies.
- Use knowledge to create content and develop coursework items assisting with the advancement of virtual based learning.
- Complete standards management updates and assist with development of new standards as necessary.
- Curriculum and course development.
- Ability to work independently or on a team, and performance measuring.
- Being able to quickly get a firm grasp of a company's technology is a must.
