- 5 years of experience with user research and creating intuitive user designs for software or web applications
- Ability to communicate design concepts across different audiences and varying levels within an organization
- Ability to demonstrate visual design expertise
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with UX and user-centered design
- Experience with responsive design
- Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-based environment
