The Vendor Management Analyst supports the operations of the Process Improvement (PI) and Business Support team by managing Revenue Cycle vendors to ensure standardization and rationalization of vendors.  

Salary: $37 - $38 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
Education: High School



Responsibilities

What are your daily job duties: The Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible for project managing the onboarding of new vendors (including technical and process components), ensuring vendor requirements are met, and ongoing tracking of vendor performance and vendor-related expenses, making sure service level agreements (SLAs) are met while improving performance and optimizing cost.

• Document and review all Active Directory & Build Request profiles– work with Tech Leads to identify actual resource/role needs & global technology to create new profiles with updated software and Active Directory requirements
• Manage resolution of ServiceNow PPM vs SAP Fieldglass time discrepancies
• SLA/KPI/CPI Tracking
  and the risk agenda.
• Manage Jira dashboard for contract processing
• Monitor the approval and completion of all onboarding-related tickets

What do you need to get hired?

• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management
• SAP and JIRA experience (Required)
• Experience in all stages of the vendor onboarding lifecycle
