Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Miramar, FL. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and personnel management. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Plan and allocate warehouse space for optimal storage and organization of products.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Implement and utilize warehouse management systems or other relevant software to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
• Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints related to warehouse activities.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among warehouse staff.
