What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator I position at Rang Technologies Inc.?
Frist Day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday – Thursday – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Training Schedule – 2-4 weeks (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday)
- Looking for candidates that have Change Over experience. When a job is complete on a machine, it has to be “torn down” (tooling removed, raw materials removed, etc).
- Once all old materials are removed, they have to set up a new job using all new raw materials, changing all involved settings, and referencing the job instructions for the new job.
- Operates basic finishing equipment and tools based established processes and directions. Follows work order instructions, performs quality tests, and adheres to productivity standards. Develops understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine equipment operation under direct supervision.
- Learns policies and procedures, and applies them in routine activities.
- Builds productive working relationships internally and resolves problems of limited complexity.
- Complies with all required safety practices and regulations.
- High school education or equivalent vocational qualification. - 2-5 years’ experience
