What are the responsibilities and job description for the Upward Bound Director position at Ranger College?
Position Title: Upward Bound Director
Reports to the VP of Student Services.
The major duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead the implementation of the Upward Bound project.
- Supervise project staff.
- Serve as the liaison between Ranger College and the U.S. Dept. of Education.
- Manage the project budget.
- Ensure project compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate project services.
- Provide services to a caseload of participants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master’s in Education, Counseling, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in budget management and personnel supervision.
Minimum 2 years experience in project management and evaluation.
Experience working with disadvantaged students.
