The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of ethical, transparent competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of various projects, including interfacing with the Executive Committee, marketing initiatives and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement projects to meet company objectives
- Liaise with the CEO to create strategic and operational plans
- Proactively communicate with the Executive Committee
- Provide guidance and support to various business functions
- Support the CEO by overseeing shared service functions such as Marketing, R&D and Finance
- Ensure that operational goals are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Evaluate and monitor operational performance
- Examine and analyze financial data and statements
- Provide full time support and assistance to the CEO
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s in Business, Law or Marketing is preferred
- Familiarity with business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing
- Experience in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles and practices
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented individual with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
