Job Title: Assembler I
The Assembler is responsible for basic, manual tasks related to assembling industrial HVAC units. Tasks can include building basic subassemblies using hand tools (wrenches, hammers, pliers, and drills), installing high-temp padding (either cut with a retractable knife or using a simple spot welder), and assisting in installation of components for the unit (fans, shafts, dampers, etc) After training, this position will build smaller HVAC units. Assignments will typically be overseen by the more experienced Assemblers in the area. The tasks that make up this job will be taught to a new Assembler I.
Education:
High school diploma or any combination equivalent to high school accepted.
