Pay starts at $16.50 after a 2 week-1 month training. We will bump you up if you are doing your job. We love bumping people up to the next pay grade. I swear. Pay does not include tips or commission. On average, an employee working full time will add anywhere from $2-$4 dollars per hour to their base pay solely by earning commission and tips. Read this portion one more time and ask about this during our phone interview. For those without math skills...You will make decent money working with us if you work... I apologize for tautology.
