Job Description: You will be providing DocGo services in Tennessee by monitoring, assessing, and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses through comprehensive assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. Here is what you can expect day-to-day as a Mobile Health Clinician at DocGo: Each day, you will work at a mobile clinic to provide care and monitoring While with the patient you will engage in assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare system Throughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our HealthPoint and Athena EMR system You will be practicing under direction with synchronous telemedicine support Job Details: Full-time and per diem positions available Variable Days: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM alternating weekends Responsibilities: Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the On-Demand patient population Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach Other related duties as deemed necessary Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas of experience preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Willing to show proof of COVID vaccination Active and current driver's license with an acceptable record Current unrestricted license in Tennessee Active and current BLS / ACLS certification - Preferred Clinical work experience with pediatrics (preferred) EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
