What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events & Project Administrator position at RAPPORT GUEST SERVICES?
The Events & Project Administrator is part of the Learning and Engagement Team which is part of the Firm’s Talent Development department. This person will interact closely with the Firm’s executives and administrative staff to ensure proper scheduling of speakers to attend events, reporting and analyzing data collected from program surveys and feedbacks. This person will have a clear understanding of work streams and support other administrative tasks.
**COVID-19 Vaccination required by the client to work on-site**
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Managing Content Providers (12-15 Vendors)
o Contract Management and Renewals
o Budget Tracking / Finance Activities for Digital Tech
o Reporting: Making sense of raw data the vendors provide; creating a usage story that is digestible for the L&E team. (Including having admin access to pull out and self-serviceable data & reports)
Content Landscape Analysis
o Making sense of vendor data to analyse content consumption and ROI.
Ad-Hoc Activities
o Managing queries from GSU Mailbox pertaining to eLearning, approvals from SRS tickets from GSU site.
Reporting
o GSU Site Metrics
o BO reports
Working with Reporting & metrics team for ad-hoc reporting / analysis requests
- Scheduling Management
- Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple senior leaders to attend various meetings and trainings
- Work closely with administrative team for booking and scheduling needs
General
o Adhering to dress code and grooming policies.
o Capacity to take on additional duties as assigned; additional adjustments or responsibilities may be changed or added as necessary.
