Our client a jewelry services provider is seeker a leader for their North American division. This is an opportunity to lead an established company into its next chapter. Jewelry industry experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations and business activities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the management team and staff
- Monitor financial performance and ensure effective financial management practices
- Present financial reports and sales plans to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Identify and manage risks to the organization's operations and reputation
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Lead business development efforts to drive growth and expand market presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in revenue management, corporate finance, and investment management
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Jewelry industry knowledge and experience is a plus
