```Duties:```
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment process; including job postings, screening resumes & conducting 1st interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Familiarity with ADP employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

- SHRM Certified, desired
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Medicaid Billing Systems
- Ability to accurately complete weekly Medicaid billing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,500.00 - $61,000.00 per year
