Team Lead - Municipal Civil Engineering -Hybrid, Remote Possible - Skills and Require
ments:Successful candidates will
have:· A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisc
onsin.· Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in all aspects of civil engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager or manager-level responsibi
lities· Experience with client interaction, business development, proposal development, and contract negoti
ation.· Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is preferred but is not a direct requir
ement.
