Job Requirements
- High level of computer competency, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software a plus.
- Experience with parts manuals, parts ordering and interacting with vendors and manufacturers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented in data entry, proof-reading and managing multiple accounts
- Experience with setting up purchasing accounts, speaking to and dealing with suppliers both in person and over the phone and email
- Ability to work through problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining a good attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be approachable, respectful and team oriented
