Job Summary

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in coordinating transit safety and service delivery, field operations, labor relations, staff development, and collective bargaining negotiation skills in a union environment strongly preferred.

- The Assistant General Manager of Administration shall have at least three (5) years of experience in the administrative phases of a transit organization.
- At a minimum, the Assistant General Manager of Administrative Services shall have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university but may be substituted with five (5) additional years of fixed route transportation experience. Waiving any requirements for this position is at DDOT’s discretion.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
- Ability to work under very limited supervision with positive results.
- Experience with MS Office products and accounting software preferred.
