Are you passionate about the world of luxury fashion and have a keen attention and eye for detail? Are you organized, independent, proactive, and have a strong understanding of apparel development and production processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Luxury Fashion - Production Management Associate.

As a Production Management Associate, you will play a vital role in overseeing the production of our luxury fashion apparel, ensuring that the highest quality, standards and timelines are met. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure smooth operations and strong execution. This position requires a strong understanding fashion development and production planning, exceptional project management and cross-team communication skills, and a strong dedication to executional excellence.

This is an in-person, part-time role, 3-5 days per week, 4-8 hours/day

PRIMARY TASKS:

  • Work across teams and translate product requirements and specifications into actionable production plans.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors on product details for production and manage on-going communications to ensure the success of each production to the highest quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage samples and coordinate feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement and iteration.
  • Coordinate quality control inspections to meet the brand's high standards.
  • Maintain accurate production, shipping and inventory records.
  • Research and stay up to date on industry trends.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent written communication skills (email, live chat).

  • Exceptional notetaking and written communication skills and can rapidly consolidate complex meeting and research information into concise written summaries and action plans.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and independent (always proactively double-checks his/her own work).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint. Strong ability to put together detailed product presentations and summaries.
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet, database analytics, and product management tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Cheerful, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure with tight deadlines.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in luxury fashion production management or operations or a similar role within the fashion industry. Experience in fashion design, sourcing and merchandising is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile engineering, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing techniques.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style.

LOCATION AND HOURS:

  • Part-Time, in-person position at our offices in Winter Garden.
  • Flexible hours depending on your availability; approximately 3-5 days a week; 4-8 working hours per day.
