Position overview -
Supporting our customer in Washington, DC the selected candidate will support the OEHRM Change Management team and specifically the IOC, Wave, and training site engagement activities with the ultimate goal of field staff adoption of modernized HER. Activities may include: tracking site communications and engagement activities; analyst schedule changes; proactively identify risks and recommendations; maintaining all final CM and communications deliverables; identifying trends and recommending appropriate CM and communication activities; supporting the development of CM documents and recommendations that will be distributed to the field; supporting the development and editing content that supports the CM effort.
Requirements
- Must have 5 years of professional experience, 8 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Must have knowledge of how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
- Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
- Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline
Additional Skills:
- Experience in the VA
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
Other Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated with the COVID vaccine.
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Working Conditions:
Business work hours are from Monday through Friday, (day shift) 40-hour week. This position is fully remote.
Physical Requirements:
Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
