Who are we looking for?
A self-motivated Low-Voltage/AV Technician looking to build upon existing experience that can work both independently and with a team. You’re excited to be a crucial member of the Install Team who is eager to roll up their sleeves to exceed client expectations! You’re proficient in residential and/or commercial audio, video, lighting, networks, control systems, and climate integration. Experience with shading, low-voltage lighting, and electrical is a plus. As a valued member of our Install Team, you will play an important part in supporting Ray Audio Video's quest to continue to deliver the best audio, video, and low-voltage control systems with the highest level of service and support to our clients.
What you need:
- 5 years of experience installing and supporting low-voltage and AV equipment.
- Ability to follow blueprints, notes, and specifications.
- Experience with construction and adherence to large and small project scheduling.
- Excellent time management, planning, and forward-thinking skills.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Extron, Control4, Crestron.
- Hands on experience with HVAC control, lighting control in addition to audio & video in both residential and commercial spaces.
Physical Qualifications:
- Must be able to climb a 25-foot ladder and work on lifts.
- Must be able to lift and manipulate 50 pounds of weight.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions in non-climate-controlled environments.
