Established in 1902, in the small Queensland country town of Crows Nest, Ray White has evolved into Australasia's most successful real estate business, now approaching 1,000 individual offices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Last year, Ray White sold over $60 billion worth of property.

Ray White today is still a family owned business, now spanning residential, commercial and rural property as well as home loans, property management and property funds investment. 

We are looking for an approachable, easy-going individual to take on the entry-level role of Office Coordinator in our Eagle Street office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a corporate office environment and gain valuable experience in customer service and administration.

This important role requires someone who can take initiative, is able to communicate well and is passionate about making a positive impact.  This role requires you to work with a variety of personalities and senior management, it is a busy role and offers a wide scope of accountability.

In a nutshell the role will entail the following responsibilities:

  • Leadership for the day to day aesthetic and smooth running of the office public areas. 
  • Assist with a broad range of administration tasks, which may include but not limited to; booking domestic travel and accommodation, setting up employees travel profiles, back-up support to the National Travel Coordinator, arranging couriers, helping organise staff initiatives & events, supporting the delivery of important group wide projects, reporting, supporting functions and any other Ad Hoc duties requested. 
  • Liaison / point of contact for all office contractors and maintenance staff in regards to maintenance requests and general office needs. 

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a high standard of customer service skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to organise, multitask, and prioritise are also essential. You’ll be regarded for your professional, positive, can-do attitude as well as your commitment to doing what is right and getting the job done properly.
