The company aims to provide personalized access to services like skin cancer screenings, treatment for skin conditions, anti-aging, acne, and hair loss care through trusted providers all at an affordable cost.

Our client is seeking a high-performing, result-oriented hustler to sell its offerings to SMB clients. This role will report to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage prospective SMB clients and brokers primarily through outbound efforts (leveraging existing network, cold calls, emails, networking).
- Present and sell the company's offerings to business decision-makers (HR leaders, benefit leaders, founders, CEOs).
- Establish relationships with brokers.
- Drive a fast sales cycle, moving deals from first contact to close quickly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers, ensuring a positive experience from onboarding through the contract.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the voluntary benefits space.
- Provide feedback to the product team to help refine our offerings based on client interactions and feedback.
Qualifications :
- A result-oriented salesperson with a proven track record of driving and closing sales quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 2 years of experience in B2B health tech sales, preferably in the insurance or voluntary benefits sector.
- Experience selling employee health & benefits.
- Strong understanding of SMB needs and the ability to tailor sales approaches to different business sizes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- A producer and someone who drives results.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where processes and roles evolve rapidly.
- Passion for healthcare and technology, and driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact.
