What are the responsibilities and job description for the $100 RETENTION BONUS - Line Cook Sabor Latin Street Grill Davidson position at Raydal Hospitality?
Cooks are required to assist in all aspects of food preparation and inventory controls while complying with industry food safety standards. Cooks must be able to understand and carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions independently. Cooks are required to work a variety of shifts that could include weekends, holidays, morning, and night shifts.
-At least 1 year experience in the restaurant cooking field is preferred.
-Responsible for following protocol for the flow of foods
-Prepare dishes as per Sabor standards and guidelines in a timely manner, meeting a 10-minute ticket time or less.
-Must uphold sanitation and safety standards
-Follow opening and closing procedures.
-Complete daily side work.
-Clean and sanitize food production area before and after shift.
-Reliable transportation
