Raymond West is looking for an eager Technology Solutions Manager to join our Sales Team! The Technology Solutions Manager is responsible for selling and promoting iWarehouse Suite of Solutions. Responsibilities may also include receiving requests and inquiries from customers and providing product and price information, including quotations (bids). Position will include contacting customers, explaining product features and answering any questions that customers have and negotiating prices.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop organize, implement, and oversee programs, policies and procedures.
- Ensure achievement of installation, training, and implementation goals
- Render decisions with respect to key department issues impacting overall service and performance.
- Provide input to senior leadership for annual budgets and sales forecast
- Participate in Company or Department projects
- Works closely with other departments and communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and Manufacturers both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates drive and initiative
- Maintains a professional attitude in all matters
- Correspond with Vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Must be able to manage time efficiently
- Responsible for creating sales and marketing plan to sell high level technology solutions.
- Established and enforce sales quotas including but not limited to the following: iWarehouse suite of products
- Labor Management software
- Manage iWarehouse Implementation process to meet customer expectations
- Manage after sale efforts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Focus on major products like I Warehouse suite of products to achieve Raymond DOD goals
- Work with Raymond core sales rep to assist in product training, sales calls and project quoting for all iWarehouse offered products.
- Achieve gross margins and profitability targets for new equipment sales
- Grow sales revenue through existing customer base and new account development
- Provide accurate and timely information used for managing the business, including leads, proposals, marketing data, competitive data, sales forecasts and expense management.
- Responsible for cultivating a team environment and representing the company by showing loyalty, honesty and integrity.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent Management skills
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills to present in boardroom
- Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
- Must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers and Managers in other departments
- Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required
- Must have knowledge of the operational challenges distribution, manufacturing and warehousing professionals are facing.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and an aptitude for analyzing and solving problems
- Ability to multi- task
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Material Handling Experience is a plus
- Should have knowledge on Lift truck telematics
- Must have a Technical aptitude
- Product and Company Training will be provided
Education/Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 Years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
- Ability to read interpret documents such as Safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before vendors, customers
