As a Sales Coordinator, you can deliver the RMC difference by building relationships with our guests from the beginning of their booking process throughout their stay. You will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries, coordinating event details and providing administrative sales support.

What you will be doing:
- Coordinating internal sales effort by responding to walk-in, telephone or email guest inquiries.
- Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager with prospecting.
- Organizing group event details, rooming lists and other guest requests.
- Coordinating administrative sales support such as documenting sales calls, setting up billing information, creating sales flyers, etc.
- Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and the RMC culture.
