Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
Position Overview:
Military Engines Quality is seeking a Program Quality Manager for Military Development Programs. This is an exciting opportunity to support the next generation of engines for Pratt & Whitney Military Engines.
This role affords the opportunity to engage cross-functionally with Program Management and all support functions, at multiple organization levels, as well as the U.S. Armed Services, other defense contractors and suppliers. Candidates should be ready to take on a challenging but rewarding leadership position. Candidates should have exceptional spoken/ written communication skills, data and project management skills, and should be prepared to team regularly with multiple disciplines.
Candidates should have a solid knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System. Knowledge of Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) and Engineering & Mfg Development (EMD) is a strong plus as the majority of this business supports IPD Phases 0 through 3.
