Job Responsibilities :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced shift supervisor to join our team. The supervisor will support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing all aspects of the retail store's operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to retail staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Train and develop retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and meet sales targets.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Conduct regular audits of store procedures and performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with attractive displays that highlight new and featured products.
Oversee the store's cash management and inventory control processes.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

3 years of supervisory experience in retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of basic POS principals and Cash Handling
Strong interest in gaming consoles, peripherals, and accessories.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are required.
Salary Ranges (per annum) :
$69,064.00 - $115,107.00
