As an Associate Director, Product Management, you will implement new digital products or enhancements to existing products for the client. This position collaborates with other crafts within the Strategy discipline to conduct research and work toward enabling the client to be data and insights driven. You will also leverage customer insights and analytics to drive and shape product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with client(s), strategists, experience leads, and architects to shape product propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experiences
- Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers, to ensure alignment towards the same program increment (PI) objectives
- Represent industry best practice and market trends to assist the client in maintaining competitive advantage
- Inspire, lead, and mentor, a high-performing team of Product Managers to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with the client, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority
- Direct work streams related to digital operations modernizations offering – product and experience strategy, product management, and agile delivery
- Setup new digital organizations within clients that do not have established digital competencies or improve the digital operations within companies seeking to modernize and achieve greater digital maturity
- Lead impact assessments of change, using assessments of readiness, technology/tooling, organization, process, and governance
- Build relationships with senior clients and identify new business opportunities
- As the Product Owner, responsible for defining features & stories as well as prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment across multiple delivery teams as well as client product managers, as well as other third-party partners
- Lead client demos as well influence decision making based on subject matter expertise
- Support QA cycles for creative, functional as well as accessibility testing
- 7-9 years of experience in a consulting or agency role, with experience in digital product management and strategy development
- Ability to manage, process and apply large quantities of information quickly and accurately to understand the big picture
- Understands implications of trends across business & functions
- Understanding and/or certification in SAFe Agile Methodology
- Understanding or skills related to design thinking as it relates to requirements gathering, value matrices, and MVP
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical / critical thinking skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
