Senior Financial Analyst
- Manage intercompany transactions and investigate out of balance items (within Dodge and also with RBC entities)
- Monitor aged intercompany invoices with the international locations
- Balance the cockpit in Tagetik
- Intercompany account reconciliations
- Lead for internal and external audit requests
- Process any changes to narratives and matrices (SOX Internal Controls)
- Commissions and annual sales bonus accrual
- Cross train on treasury (cash forecast, resolving payment issues with customers, approving wires/payments)
- Approve AP check runs
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in accounting or finance from an accredited university
- 10 years of general accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- SOX/Internal controls experience preferred
- Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience a plus
- Confidentiality concerning commissions/sales bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills that can confidently interact with all positions within the company
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
