Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Branding:
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent through various channels, including social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand by showcasing our organization's values, culture, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop captivating recruitment materials and enhance the company's online presence.
- Talent Development and Training:
- Identify the training and development needs of employees at all levels and design effective programs to address those needs.
- Management training, including leadership development, performance management, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Performance Management and Culture Promotion:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to drive high performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute initiatives to promote a strong organizational culture, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Act as a mentor and coach for employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Administrative and Technical Skills:
- Utilize your strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead the talent management team.
- Proactive and strategic with the scope of duties, minimizing reactive responses.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using office software platforms to streamline administrative tasks and generate insightful reports.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all talent management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a definite plus, with an ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in executing group presentations.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in using office software platforms, including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
