As a Talent Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent within our organization. With your process-oriented mindset, strong scheduling abilities, and comprehensive HR background, you will ensure a seamless and efficient talent management process.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Branding:
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent through various channels, including social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand by showcasing our organization's values, culture, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop captivating recruitment materials and enhance the company's online presence.
  • Talent Development and Training:
  • Identify the training and development needs of employees at all levels and design effective programs to address those needs.
  • Management training, including leadership development, performance management, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
  • Performance Management and Culture Promotion:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to drive high performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to promote a strong organizational culture, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Administrative and Technical Skills:
  • Utilize your strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead the talent management team.
  • Proactive and strategic with the scope of duties, minimizing reactive responses.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using office software platforms to streamline administrative tasks and generate insightful reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all talent management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a definite plus, with an ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in executing group presentations.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in using office software platforms, including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
