Job Description
The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) will focus on supporting and maintaining the ONL-RBW’s complete SaaS based system. The ITSS will provide on-site support for users troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues ranging from laptops to handheld RF scanners with a primary focus on security. The ITSS will also assist with various IT projects and developments as needed by the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of IT support
- Organize and maintain IT resources including hardware and license inventory, ordering new hardware as needed
- Assist with basic support for company applications including Warehouse Management system
- On-board new users and train them on best security practices
- Provide support of handheld RF scanners
- Oversee the network infrastructure to include coordinating with ISP provider for new buildings, AP installations, and other vendors to get our buildings online
- Ensure proper recording and documentation of knowledge-based information for infrastructure, deployments, and solutions
- Improve processes and finds solutions for business needs
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a Tier 1-2 IT role.
- Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree
- One or more of the following Certifications is preferred but not required: CompTIA: A , Network , Security , Microsoft: 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and
