STARTING RATE: $17.65/hr. ($17.65 - $18.28/hr. (dependent upon experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Medical Technician is a medical professional who plays a vital part in the health care industry by providing support for physicians and hospitals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer medication under the supervision of a delegating nurse and NYSDOH standards
- Ability to maintain accurate records of treatments and medications
- Assist with obtaining resident medical histories
- Take resident's vital signs
- Administers the correct medications and dosages to residents on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Must be HHA or PCA certified and have Med Tech Certification
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
ABOUT US:
Absolut Care is comprised of five skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living facility in New York State, including: Absolut Care of Allegany in Allegany, Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, Absolut Care of Gasport in Gasport, Absolut Care of Orchard Brooke in Orchard Park, Absolut Care of Three Rivers in Painted Post and Absolut Care of Westfield in Westfield.
