This is an in-office position based in Clearwater, Florida. This employee will assist to grow the Remote Patient Monitoring business within Lincare.
Essential Function:
- Identifies applicable candidates for product or service being provided
- Conducts patient outreach via phone or address inbound inquiries from patients
- Completes onboarding process once patient is interested
- Speaks with physicians' offices to educate on RPM product line
- Coordinates scheduling patients with RCC physicians and nurses as needed
- Follows up with patients to ensure satisfaction with service
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 2-3 years customer service experience is required
- Prior sales experience required
- Prior experience in a clinical environment is a plus
- Bilingual skills would be a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Speak to a diverse population of patients over the phone
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Plan and prioritize work for a given day or week
- Work with multiple systems simultaneously to manage and onboard patients
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs and ecosystem
