What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at RCI?
SUMMARY
Participates in the ongoing treatment of clients including medication supervision, health education, assessment, case management, and provision of therapeutic services; provides staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and participates in the planning, development, and implementation of services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers medications as directed by medical staff and monitors medication effects.
- Provides consultation and education to clients, staff and community on medication actions, side effects, and proper health and nutrition habits.
- Performs physical assessments, screens walk-in clients, and assists physicians in physical examination of clients.
- Assists in client outreach and advocacy activities.
- May act as unit supervisor in his/her absence or provide on-site supervision of clinical and clerical staff.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have a Registered Nurse license from the State of Arizona.

Salary: $28.10 - $35.65 per hour
