What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Generator position at Re-Bath?
Re-Bath is a fast growing, bathroom remodeling company. We need Lead Generators with excellent communication skills and savvy to promote Re-Bath and drive leads through our retail partnerships and other community outreach events. Events include but are not limited to weekends with retail partners, home shows, fairs, festivals and showrooms.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, work independently, communicate well, and be highly energized. We are looking for individuals who aren’t afraid to work really hard.
The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):
- Assist Field Coordinators as needed to set-up, take-down and staff all field marketing events.
- Track and report on local field marketing efforts.
- Generate qualified in-store leads from our national partner relationships.
- Clean and maintain all retail partner in-store displays.
- Participate in vendor events put on by retail partners.
- Promote brand awareness and a positive community perception.
- Follow Company directed scripting and lead setting protocol to ensure a great customer experience.
- Exhibit basic understanding of Company’s products and services.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend weekly field marketing meetings (Mandatory unless on vacation)
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Assist in promoting annual community give-back projects
- Assist in working showrooms
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High School Diploma
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Prior promotional type experience.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (SUCCESS FACTORS)
- 2 leads for every 4 man/hours worked per event
Compensation Plan:
- Hourly plus bonus per appointment run and per net sale from lead generation efforts.
