ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Supervise the team that handles incoming and outgoing phone calls for prospective customers/leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with customers in their homes
- Verify qualifying questions and enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom
- Provide support in office administration and customer service
- Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
- Train and onboard new team members
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Required to work rotating Saturdays (2-3 a month)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of customer service management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with CRM software preferred
- Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED required
