What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window and Door Installer position at Re-Bath?
If installing or carpentry is your passion, we’ve got the job for you! We’re seeking a skilled installer/carpenter to provide customers with courteous, professional, and technical-precise installations of our Window Worldproducts and services. Responsibilities include maintaining company-issued tools, resources, and materials in an orderly, safe manner, as well as updating records and paperwork for job files. The installer/carpenter will become an expert resource on all product knowledge, installation, inventory, and warranty inquiries, while always displaying a professional appearance and friendly demeanor for our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manage Window, Door remodeling projects
- Provide consistently high levels of job quality
- Maintain a strong sense of customer service
- Learn and implement Window World Franchise system, tools, training, and resources
QUALIFICATIONS
· 21 years of age or older with previous carpentry and/or installment/construction experience
· Direct in-home installation experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrate people and organizational skills
· Ready to learn and implement Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training, and resources
· Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or CRM experience a plus
· Willing to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems
· Be prepared to work long hours as needed
· Value careful attention to detail
· Must be able to safely maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds
· valid driver’s license, insurance, and background check required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
