Our construction company is searching for an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with clients, have experience with scheduling, be technologically savvy and have a strong self driven work ethic. A successful Project Coordinator will be capable of identifying and resolving problems, maintaining detailed records of projects and adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling Build Contract Meetings with clients

- Handling "Job Flow"

- Following up with customer appointments

- Creating Contracts

- Material Ordering

- Job Scheduling

- Online Permitting

- Company Email / Phone

- Online Marketing Process (Includes small amounts of video editing)

Job Type: Full-time
