We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent with talent acquisition and retention experience whose primary responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing new talent, and managing candidates through all phases of the hiring process.

Position Description and Responsibilities
As Head of Talent, RE2 will look to you to develop aggressive talent acquisition strategies with particular attention toward increasing candidate diversity and inclusion. In the search for talent, you will become the face of RE2 on job boards and with local schools and universities for recruiting and job fairs. To help us increase the diversity of our candidate pool, we will look to you go identify organizations and attend meetings to help identify and recruit a diverse staff. We will also look to you to plan and attend internal and external recruiting events.
In addition to external talent acquisition, we will look to you to spearhead the internal recruiting process. This includes managing the Applicant Tracking System and overseeing the candidate experience. Beyond recruiting, we will look to you to establish a relationship with all RE2 employees – from their initial onboarding through their tenure at RE2. The Head of Talent should be a shining example of our core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity, and Positivity.
We will also look to your involvement with corporate strategy when it comes to hiring and recruiting. Together, we will define recruiting metrics and develop tools for tracking to these metrics. We will also collaborate with legal, HR, and hiring managers to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and complete required government reporting.
The Head of Talent reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
