ReadiVet seeks a Veterinary Office Coordinator to support client relations and day-to-day office management for its Atlanta clinic. This position is ideal for someone who loves interacting with pet owners and has previous experience working in a veterinary practice.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating front-office operations for the clinic, which is used as a base for the veterinary team and appointments for surgeries, dental cleanings, and x-rays.
- Answering office phone calls and text messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing schedules for our mobile veterinary teams, seeing appointments across service areas
- Reviewing appointment details with clients
- Educating clients on pricing and procedures, mobile vet process
- Efficiently communicating appointment details to veterinarians and technicians
- Sending/responding to emails
- Filling prescriptions and facilitating clinic-based drop-off/pick-up
- Partnering with marketing and operations team members on special projects to ensure we can attract and retain new clients (i.e., helping to assemble marketing kits, supporting community events, interfacing with pharma sales representatives who come on site, etc.)
Requirements
- 1-3 years (s) of experience in the veterinary field
- 1 year(s) of experience as a veterinary/medical receptionist in a multiple-doctor practice
- Veterinary assistant/technician experience preferred, with the ability to fill in for technicians as needed
- Experience using veterinary practice management and/or scheduling applications (computer programs)
- Ability to manage logistics and communicate effectively with teammates
- Superb phone etiquette and text messaging skills
- A team player, self-motivated and reliable
- Passionate about serving pets and pet owners
