Duties and Responsibilities
*Obtain knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, doors and windows through our training program
*Work with Sales Manager to learn our sales strategy and establish our selling tactics.
*Work in both outside and inside sales utilizing consistent follow-up with existing customers as well as developing new business prospects
*Develop new accounts within protected local territory
*Ensure a smooth transition of customer accounts to service team
Compensation
*$60K-$110K First Year
*$110K-$180K Second Year
