Iowa Based optical company is seeking an Optical Manager to join our team. A successful Optical Manager will be able to supervise, coach and develop optical staff. They should significantly contribute to revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- 2 years of management experience in retail; drive for results and proven track record in reaching goals
- Strong skills in supervising others, and mentoring them to generate customer satisfaction and sales
- Able to use computer systems for sales, ordering, and scheduling
- Capable of resolving customer complaints if they arise, with tact and positive outcomes
- Must insure the store is staffed with effective coverage.
- Must be comfortable dealing with high-end and budget friendly products along with similar patient base.
- Must be flexible for scheduling, and able to work Saturdays, as well as special sales events.
- Bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
