The Business Development Manager/Assistant Office Manager is responsible for growing our base of customer clients, assisting with owner draws, accounts payable/receivable, handling tenant ledger and owner ledger concerns. This position is key to achieving the business objectives of Real Property Management Enterprises. The role is responsible for building connections through integrity and leadership and for creating and maintaining trust in our expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Five or more years proven and verifiable success in selling managed service contracts
  • Top-tier prospect development and presentation skills
  • Managing referrals across departments
  • Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office
  • Local area knowledge
  • Oklahoma Real Estate License is required
  • Accounting knowledge is highly preferred
  • Management Experience is highly preferred

The Business Development Manager/Assistant Office Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to create new relationships and to instill trust, the Business Development Manager/Assistant Office Manager is a fearless networker, with excellent negotiation skills and a track record of proven leadership and results.
