We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing property management company. We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, organized, customer service oriented and self-starting individual who would like to join our team!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
- Advertising vacant properties and fielding calls for new tenants
- Management of Tenancy Applications and Agreements
- Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
- Dealing with maintenance issues and projects from both owners and tenants.
- Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
- Daily interactions with owners and tenants
- Managing portfolio correspondence
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Experience working with Appfolio is desired
- Local area knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
