Property Manager will be responsible for:
· Procuring new properties to manage through a proven sales process by soliciting new homeowners, investors in real estate and corporate clients
· Manage a property portfolio of (30-125)-properties to include leasing and management
· Be proficient in managing property maintenance & upkeep
· Be highly organized and able to maintain time efficiency
· Be an effective communicator
· Be willing and able to drive throughout Polk County as needed
· Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Be highly motivated
· MUST have Real Estate License for Florida
· MUST live in Polk County
· Preferred:
o Sales Experience
o Management Experience
o Proficiency in Time Management
o Proficiency in Organization
o Be Willing to Travel
