ABOUT THE JOB:
This position is responsible for Flight Guidance and Control system development activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer/Aerospace Engineering
  • 5 years aerospace systems engineering experience
  • Development experience in one or more of the following:
    • Flight Guidance
    • Auto Throttle
    • Autopilot
  • Control Laws Development experience
  • System development process knowledge
  • Software development process knowledge
  • Textual System/Software Requirements Development experience
  • Model-based System/Software Development experience:
    • Experience Developing Specification Models
    • Experience Developing Design Models
  • Change Management Process experience
  • Certification Guidelines knowledge including:
    • ARP-4754A
    • DO-331
    • DO-178C
    • TSO C-198
    • DO-325 MOPS
  • Experience with MATLAB / Simulink
  • Experience with DOORS
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • HAM tool knowledge
  • SCADE Modeling tool knowledge
