ABOUT THE JOB: This position is responsible for Flight Guidance and Control system development activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer/Aerospace Engineering
5 years aerospace systems engineering experience
Development experience in one or more of the following:
Flight Guidance
Auto Throttle
Autopilot
Control Laws Development experience
System development process knowledge
Software development process knowledge
Textual System/Software Requirements Development experience
Model-based System/Software Development experience:
Experience Developing Specification Models
Experience Developing Design Models
Change Management Process experience
Certification Guidelines knowledge including:
ARP-4754A
DO-331
DO-178C
TSO C-198
DO-325 MOPS
Experience with MATLAB / Simulink
Experience with DOORS
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented
PREFERRED SKILLS:
HAM tool knowledge
SCADE Modeling tool knowledge
