REAL Watersports is seeking candidates for the Lesson Center Assistant Manager position. This role is a year-round full-time salaried position with benefits including medical and dental coverage (after 90 days), paid time off (PTO), 401K profit sharing, employee discounts and more.
The Lesson Center Assistant Manager role is responsible for providing a five-star experience for all guests at REAL Watersports.
The Lesson Center Assistant Manager works closely with the other Lesson Center Assistant Managers, the Lesson Center Supervisor and reports directly to the Lesson Center Manager.
The Lesson Center Assistant Manager promotes lesson center bookings, communicates with guests and ensures a smooth and accurate lesson check in and billing experience. The Lesson Center Assistant Manager is a point of contact for lesson center students for account questions, all other service-related inquiries and conveys a positive, enthusiastic demeanor. The assistant manager promotes quality service, timely problem resolution through teamwork and clear communication.
The Lesson Center Assistant Manager will perform overall lesson center management and provide coverage during the absence of the Lesson Center Manager. The Lesson Center Assistant Manager trains, and supervises seasonal administrators, and hourly staff. This position performs daily administrative and operational duties as well as coordination with other departments to fulfill the needs of the business. The Assistant Manager will be a point of contact for accidents, emergencies, assist with safety, will Yard Marshall and supervise the Yard Marshalls. The Lesson Center Assistant Manager maintains high standards of employee performance management. The Lesson Center Assistant Manager will assist with the management of the appearance, maintenance and repairs on physical property, equipment, jet skis and company vehicles.

Qualifications
· 1 years professional experience in customer service, employee management and development
· Passionate about delivering an incredible guest experience, takes ownership, works independently, as a team and has a positive attitude
· Work experience with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and standard workplace technology, possesses strong internal and external communication skills
· Kite or Surf and watersports experience and passion are required
