Responsibilities :
Full Time Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.
Will need to use their own vehicle and will paid mileage and hr rate.
Schedule will be 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
Job duties will include driving properties throughout area, documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.
Qualifications :
Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
Pay and Benefits :
$15.00 to $16.00 mileage, depending on education and experience.
