What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agent Development Specialist position at Realogy?
The Agent Development Specialist will be responsible for the development for new and existing sales associates. This position will work with the Branch Manager in implementing a system of new agent training that will support the success of our sales associates. Our ideal candidate will have a “hands-on” style with insight to anticipate the problems and needs of the new agent.
Essential Job Duties:
Support the company and the Branch Manager in the sales office by creating a strong and efficient work environment and creating trusting relationships with staff and sales associates
Advocate for affiliated partners
On-boarding and comprehensive development of new sales associates
Structured coaching/accountability and business counseling for sales associates in need of additional assistance to meet their goals
Work with all new sales associates encourage completion of AMP Program
Promote the participation for existing agents in Out List, Out Last coaching program
Offer agents Workshops on company tools like MOXI, Docusign, MLS, InTouch, Sales Pro, Zip Forms, Prospecting/Farming, Sales Contract, Desk (NRT Gateway)
Provide evening workshops as well during the day to ensure that all agent types are reached.
Expand and promote the value of having a quality coaching program for all sales agents
Other Job Duties
Provided limited time off coverage for Office Concierge
Provide support as needed for office Social Media and other general marketing related items
Attend and support company recognition events for agents
Qualifications:
Real Estate salesperson’s license required
Experience selling real estate preferred.
Experience in training, coaching and leading people, groups and organizations preferred
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills; impeccable grammar both verbal and written required
Creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
