WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a hardworking, compassionate, empathetic and driven individual to become our next Team Lead. This role will assist the team in meeting the departmental goals, as well as their teams individual goals. This role will help to develop agents, handle administrative work and keep the call center running smoothly.This role will also be responsible for helping with phones calls and cases as needed and during peak times. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help cover phones and tickets as needed and during peak times.
  • Work with other Team Leads and Management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction and provide best practices and procedures to agents.
  • Take escalated calls that require a senior member of the team 
  • Help with admin/setup work as needed
  • Takes part in VOC/product Initiatives as needed 
  • Keep senior management informed about recurring issues or problems
  • Frequent 1on1 coaching sessions with agents

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and have a strong teaching mentality
  • Must have a passion for being part of a hard-working, winning team
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong active listening skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows; Basic Web skills; Basic understanding of Google Apps; Comfortable with CRM systems preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written)
